Our cakes and chocolates are made from the finest Callebaut Belgian Chocolate Couverture and we’re happy to cater for clients who are gluten Intolerant and can make Gluten Free taste delicious!Stephen Hewitt is the Chef behind Choc-o-Art and he has 16 years experience as a Pastry Chef working at top five star hotels around the world. He has also won the Gold Award as Pastry Chef for the International Culinary Welsh Team. In the last seven years his passion for chocolate has grown and using his experience, he creates amazing chocolate sculptures, handmade truffles and showpieces.
